Lamelat™ whitening hand cream

Lamelat whitening hand cream was developed based on the formulation of the innovative whitening peptide and glycolic acid. Both active ingredients effectively reduce discolorations, minimize their visibility and prevent the formation of new lesions.

Lamelat whitening hand cream effectively takes care of hand skin, regenerating it and giving the effect of immediate soothing. The concentrated formula, enriched with natural ingredients, optimizes the moisture level of the skin, leaving hands silky and soft. Has a high sun protection factor (SPF 50), thus protecting skin against harmful UVA/UVB radiation.

Biomimetic whitening peptide – an innovative, highly advanced, unique component with whitening properties, delivered into the skin via the liposomal structure. Whitening peptide easily penetrates to the deeper layers of the skin, providing a sustained release effect and thus resulting in improved efficiency.
The whitening peptide’s effect involves the inhibition of the process of melanogenesis (synthesis of melanin, i.e. the skin pigment) by affecting the MITF (microphtalmia associated transcriptional factor). Thanks to this it affects melanin production (by inhibiting its excessive synthesis). This allows for an optimal skin lightening effect, inhibition of the formation of pigmented lesions and alignment of skin tone.

Glycolic acid – a part of the alphahydroxy acids (AHA) family. Its key attribute is its broad spectrum of operation combined with high efficiency, which allows to overcome various skin problems. Commonly used to treat skin discolorations and is one of the most effective substances used to remove them.

Sunscreens – there are 2 types of sunscreens: physical and chemical. In order to achieve an appropriate sunscreen, efficient against all UV rays, one should combine both type of filters. Thanks to that we provide effective protection against UVA and UVB radiation.

Physical (mineral) screens – these are the so-called broad-spectrum screens, thus, they protect the skin from both UVA and UVB radiation. They do not irritate the skin, do not react with it and are well tolerated. They demonstrate good photostability. The example is Titanium dioxide contained in the cream.

Chemical screens – these are synthetic particles that protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation, absorbing its energy. In addition, they eliminate free radicals and show an antioxidant activity. The example is octocrylene (protecting against UVB) contained in the cream.

Apply depending on the need (1-2 times per day or more).
